Professionalism - An enthusiastic ensemble of rehearsed musicians dedicated to providing the best in big band dance music with a professional and polished performance.
That great, full Big Band Sound - Performance always as a complete unit to provide you with an authentic and exciting Big Band experience . We do not "cut down" the band. Eight or ten instruments cannot duplicate the sound of a hot swinging 18 piece big band!
Latin Rhythm Section - A full latin rhythm section (congas, timbales, bongos, claves, maracas etc.) to make the ballroom latin experience truly authentic. Cha cha cha.
Consistent pricing - Competitive pricing, with all clients being treated equally and fairly. The Commodores does not vary its pricing structure.
Customized Performance - Consultation with every client to ensure a customized performance including special song requests and dance sets.
Self Contained - A fully equipped and prepared unit including lighting, sound system, keyboard, music stands and the ability to provide recorded background music during breaks.
Extensive Library - A music library of approximately 750 songs. The Commodores can provide swing music of the 30's and 40's, contemporary sounds and popular ballroom dance styles including Fox Trot, Rhumba, Mambo, Samba, Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Cha Cha...
